Charles Spencer SPILLS THE ROYAL TEA • Charles Spencer doesn’t pull any punches in his new memoir, Swan Song: Diana, My Sister. In the book, Spencer makes a series of explosive claims about Princess Diana’s life and tragic 1997 death, taking particular aim at her ex-husband, King Charles III, and the royal family. An early excerpt prompted a pointed statement from Buckingham Palace: “His Majesty is mindful that the pain of fraternal grief can cloud reason, affect judgment and color memory in ways others do not recognize, even many years after such a loss,” the palace said. According to a source, the king, 77, is “devastated” by the accusations and “doesn’t recognize” the person Spencer describes. “It’s caused a lot of sadness, anger and hurt in the palace,” adds the source. Here are some of the book’s bombshell allegations.

This Is Health • Chrissy Metz is in her feel-good era. The actress, 46, recently partnered with telehealth company Ro and opened up about being on a GLP-1 through the platform. “I’m in my 40s, perimenopausal,” she says of why now was the moment to try a weight-loss medication. “I wanted to be as healthy as possible for as long as possible. And for me, it was mind, body, soul, spirit. It’s not just the physical aspect, but what I watch, what I listen to, all of it. I think it has to be an all-encompassing overhaul.” Metz opens up to Us about how she’s feeling — and why she refuses to listen to haters.
